Both those meds have negative chronotropic effects,which depress the heart rate and the combination can cause excessive slowing of the heart rate and lowering of blood pressure. Both also have negative ionotropic effects which weaken heart muscle contractions resulting in fatigue. However those are low doses of both meds& you may have no problems taking the combination. (I consider 10% high burden
