Strange question: I assume your cardiologist detected frequent PVC's on your Holter monitor. If you are having frequent PVC's, you should not have needed a Holter monitor. They could have been seen with a 12-lead EKG. What did the ECHO show? PVC's aren't usually associated with dizziness, but rather palpitations. Beta-blockers can certainly cause dizziness.

PVC's and dizziness: Premature ventricular contraction (PVC) may induce symptoms: palpitations, shortness of breath, hypotension, anxiety, insomnia, etc. .Over time, frequent PVCs can, in some patients, cause changes in the heart function. You should have a Holter, a cardiac Th. viability scan, an ECHO, look at the valves and LV thickness. Start on Beta blockers, metoprolol. You must see a cardiologist.
