No one cannot get colon cancer from hip pain. However, some cancers that are discovered late may cause distant symptoms such as pain at different locations, such as hip even though they originate in different other organs, lung, prostate or colon for example.

Colon cancer is highly unlikely at your age. Hip pain is not associated with colon cancer. You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, maintain healthy weight, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.
