What all can be used to stop night sweats in perimenopause?

Low estrogen: Night sweats are especially prevalent during peri-menopause, the time leading up to menopause, because of the dramatic rise and fall in estrogen levels. Sometimes estrogen supplements are used to ameliorate this, but before doing so must be evaluated thoroughly by knowledgeable clinician.
