Personal Summer: Being a woman md of a certain age, this is something i can relate too. Try to avoid excessive caffeine and salt, eat a well balanced diet. Food triggers vary from person to person. Some have relief with hormones- see your doc for this. Bioidentical hormones are healthhooey. Some have relief w oil of evening primrose, avoid dong quai other herbs. My choices, clothes in layers, fan, change often.
