Hi there. i am a 48 year old female, seem to be getting prolonged flushing in my right cheek and ear. could this be rosacea brought on by perimenopause? periods been getting heavier, night sweats etc too. had flushing last year but it went away?

It sounds more as a vasomotor local reaction. Definitely worth visiting with your doc, have pictures of the rash you are seeing intermittently. While perimenopause appears likely as being involved, other causes cannot be ruled out.
