Tested negative rpr with reflex after 8 weeks and again tested negative at 10 weeks. what is the next step?

On rare occasions, RPR may take up to 3 months to become positive. But what to do also depends on the nature of the exposure, symptoms, etc. Almost certainly you do not have syphilis, but if you had a truly high risk exposure or you have (or had) symptoms that might be due to syphilis, you should have another RPR at 3 months.
