I tested negative on a syphilis tp igg/igm test at 8, 12 and 14 weeks & negative on rpr test at 14 weeks. i believe it is conclusive that i dont have syphilis? i think im getting bad med advice thats its not. my partner test negative at 4 weeks?

Want to check my info about stds. hiv 4th generation is 6+ weeks conclusive, syphilis rpr/tpha 6+ weeks conclusive, UTI test 3 days (or if symptom) reliable, HSV igg test is better than igm. Condom and monogamous relationship is the best. am I right?
