I have scoliosis and i feel a lot of pain on my ribcage like its pinching something and it goes from one side for a while to the other. i dont know what degree is the curve yet. is this pain normal in a teen?

Most likely your pain is related to chest wall inflammation and musculoskeletal pain. Application of local hear and Ibuprofen is often effective. If you experience moderate pain, breathing difficulty or dizziness, please see your physician. The degree of scoliosis should be followed with your pediatrician.
