Probably: It is not uncommon to have shoulder asymmetry in relation to scoliosis although what you are describing may be more in relation to your cervical spine curvature. Normally, the cervical spine is fairly straight (from left to right) and has lordosis (curvature front to back).

Consistent with : What you'd expect if you have scoliosis. Because of the curvature, especially if not well balanced, will result in uneven shoulders and uneven pelvis. You can go have a spinal specialist specializing in scoliosis evaluation and management evaluate you, get some xrays, and discuss the diagnosis with you.

Yes and no: Scoliosis is by definition an abnormal curvature of the spine. With that being said, however, there is a normal range of physical findings that goes along with it including some degree of shoulder elevation, an asymmetric trunk rotation, and the presence of compensatory curves above and below the primary curve. I would not hesitate to be seen for more specific information on your case.
