I went to hospital a few days ago with left flank pain and urinating like every 15 min. they tested me and said i had blood in my urine along with both red and white blood cells but no bacteria and sent me home. im still having same symptoms?

You need to see Urologist and have more tests. You could have a stone. In the meantime drink plenty of water. Good luck

Follow up is always needed in such cases with either your primary care doc and/or Urology. Keep up with hydration, kidney stone appears likely among others, strain urine if possible.
