Possible stone: Blood in the urine is never normal. The pain, blood and groin ache could be caused by a urinary tract stone, even if the symptoms are on both sides. There are also other conditions that could cause these symptoms. Your next step should be to get a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis. This will identify a stone if present and help to identify other causes if it is not a stone.
