What could it mean when i wipe bright red blood after i urinate. and after every time i push urine out. i don't have any burning or pain when i per but i have had a lot of achiness in my lower back today to where it was hard to stand up or walk.

See your md: many different possibilities. You could have a small growth at the urethra that bleeds when disturbed. you could have bleeding from your cervix. best to see your family doc or gyne. they can take a look to see if anything is abnormal
