Your red cell parameters are normal except a slightly high MCV. LDH is normal and you have high IgA which can occur in many condition and monoclonal gammopathy can be one of them. RAI treatment for thyroid cancer has nothing to do with bone marrow cancer and I think you imply multiple myeloma. There is not enough info for the diagnosis of your leg pain and I assume radiology tests are negative.
