Not very/depends,,: The lump on the shinbone might be something, but it depends on many factors, like the size of the lump, how it feels, and what kind of thyroid cancer you have. It's practically unheard of to have a lesion from thyroid cancer in the shinbone. Also if it's small and tender, it's not likely cancer anyway. Of you're still concerned, you can see your doctor for an exam. Best of luck.

Unlikely related: Hi. What was your cancer? Most likely papillary. That rarely goes to bone, and when it does, usually not lower leg. Is your stimulated thyroglobulin undetectable? Many factors here, but I would not assume a lump on your tibia is metastatic thyroid cancer. See your endocrinologist. Good luck!
