Does pancreatitis mean i have to have pain? had pancreatitis because lipase and amylase were raised but no pain at all so does this mean i did not have pancreatitis or no i still had it since my numbers were raised? lipase was at 570 and amyl. 200?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, Did you have any imaging studies to look for inflammation in the pancreas? Wish you good health!
