Pancreatitis without pain is highly unlikely. It will be highly unusual to have pancreatitis without pain. There are other sources and conditions that can cause an elevation of lipase and amylase and a different condition causing it is likely to be the culprit. Follow up with your gastroenterologist in order to clarify.
