True joint inflammation is not a common syndrome in Covid-19 infection although there are sporadic reports suggesting that some people with COVID-19 developed inflammatory arthritis as a complication of the infection. We can't tell if the infection can trigger or the cause of an inflammatory arthropathy. Your knee pain seems bad so you should see a doctor and don't blame Covid for everything.

COVID, like the majority of viruses, can trigger inflammation in the body that might uncover previously damaged areas ( in your case the knee). However there are many other causes for isolated knee pain that might not be related to COVID and will need to be properly investigated, start with your primary care doc in case pain persisting.
