I am confused. I see that you are 34 years old but you say you are 60. Are you confused? Discuss with your local team for their recommendations. Chinese one not available in US so we have no experience,

Possible reaction to the injection, but likely symptoms have resolved by now. If not, have knee replacement evaluated.
