I had an acl reconstruction oct last year however my recovery was delayed due to covid. i have been doing regular physio and my leg is feeling strong however my knee buckled earlier and it worries me. i have tightness/pain on the inside of my knee?

Need check : Recovery from ACL reconstruction can be 6-12 months. Your surgeon should be able to assess whether the graft is stable on an examination. Soreness can be normal but also could be redidual cartilage damage . A strength test should also be performed comparing both knees.
