Pain behind the knee. just one knee i dont recall doing anything to sprain a muscle or tear anything. could it be a blood clot? my veins on that side are also sticking out a little more then normal. not constant pain but it hurts if i lean back onit?

You should not concern, just observe the symptom(s) for now. You can apply ice pack locally as needed for pain if there is significant discomfort. See you doctor if symptoms persist or get worse in the next 24 hours. A blood clot, if it is true, below the knee is not life threatening and same is for pain due to Baker cyst.
