Tightness in back of calf muscle and knee on right leg. sometimes left. on anti-inflamitories and birth control. could it be a blood clot. no swelling?

Less likely: Blood clots are usually associated with some degree of swelling due to blood pooling caused by the clotted vein.
Also, bilateral venous clotting is highly doubtful, so i'd look for another plausible explanation.
