What are the main reasons of having convulsions? is it possible in taking 1000mg drug like mefenamic and antibiotic? or 2 500mg paracetamol? because my husband has 2nd convulsion just recently he also has brain surgery about 2yrs ago but?

We need more information about his brain surgery 2 years ago...what was found or diagnosed then. It is very likely that your convulsions are related to the same problem as diagnosed before. You should visit with your previous doctor or get checked by another physician ASAP. I do not trust all the medicines that you have listed.

The convulsions, as previously mentioned, are clearly secondary to prior area of brain pathology, and he should be taking an effective anti-epileptic medication, dosed in a guided therapeutic range. A medical neurologist or neurosurgeon could readily manage this.
