My husband just got his 2nd convulsion and we dont now where it coming from. all we know is he's taking 1000mg of drug before he attacked convulsions. he also has a brain surgery 2yrs ago and 2nd surgery was 5 months ago?

Likely due to brain lesion which required surgery. Anti epilepsy medication needs to be in therapeutic range to be effective Discuss with your doctors
