Hello sir , i hope you are well and fit... my name is sourav paul, i'm 23 years old i'm facing trouble with asthma from 4-5 years and i got attacks once or twice a year mainly in the summers ... and other thing is i always take deep breaths?

Asthma is a chronic condition, and with an asthma plan it may be well controlled Avoid smoke, allergic triggers such as dust,mold, pet dander and pet hair. Keep your home clean and consider allergy testing. The rainy season is often associated with increased exposure to airborne triggers. A combination of a bronchodilator and an inhaled steroid is often effective. Please see GINA guidelines.
