Yawning: See your pediatrician - does he snore, fall asleep in school or watching tv? Is his nose congested and is he overweight? These are factors that contribute to sleep apnea and daytime fatigue.

Asthma : If your child has problems breathing out, difficulties breathing on exertion or you hear wheezes, he might have asthma. Asthma usually does not cause problems breathing in and yawning. Make sure he gets enough sleep at night too.
