Good doctor am a 20 year old guy, with asthma and scared to use pulmison 20mg , cause it made me gain weight , what can i do to breath better.

The pulmison is: prednisone,which makes you gain weight over time but the Dr thinks you need it for your asthma. Prednisone is an excellent medication for asthma flares, and I would take it as prescribed.. You can always lose weight in the future. Hopefully you won't be on it too long,to minimize weight gain.
