Hello i experienced minor shortness of breath and slight dizziness last night. my ecg shows sinus bradycardia at pulse rate 47. i am 22 and a smoker.

Minor SOB, dizzy: May be reflux (GERD), independently or causing a mild reactive airway response or may be pulmonary asthma or cardiac. Would get an echocardiogram just to insure there is no cardiac abnormality.
