A member asked:

Moderate-severe cntrl canal&foraminal narrowing l&r at c5,c6,&c6,c7.in addition to intermittent radicular pain&numbness occasional small twitches r tricep.twitches are small, not that bothersome and no weakness.can this be managed conservatively?

Appears that you possess cervical spondylosis with possible radicular nerve compression at C6-7. The twitches in triceps are most likely fasciculations. Surgery is best done if progressive weakness, atrophy, unremitting pain, urinary issues, spinal cord compression. Otherwise, physical therapy, with motorized cervical traction may help substantially. An epidural steroid may help temporarily.
