Can i hurt on the opposite side? xray report: there is moderate to severe neural foraminal narrowing at the level of c5-c6 on the right. my left side is where i hurt and numbness is. prior xray says bone spurs but not this one?

The neuropathic symptoms (pain and numbness) are not always correlated with findings on spine imaging test.

This requires clinical correlation to exclude additional pathology with the brachial plexus, or compression of other nerves distal over the limb. An EMG/NCS may help sort all of this out. Suggest visit to neurologist or physiatrist.
