I have pneumoperitoneum back in june admited in the hospital 4 days,no endoscopy performed just antibiotics, ct scan , no puncture seen ,still having pain ,blood tests normal.again happene last month with endoscopy,ct pneumoperitoneum.no puncture?

You may have submitted this question before. There are certain cases of recurrent pneumoperitoneum that are unexplained, called.idiopathic and not managed with surgery. . I recommend consulting an abdominal surgeon for an opinion to touch all the bases,however..
