Yes: A 2 cm cyst in a 29-year-old otherwise healthy female is totally normal assuming that it is simple. An ultrasound can up with 100% accuracy confirm that it is simple. The CEA level is used to determine if malignancies have come back. If you've never had malignancy in your ovary, i'm not sure why that was ordered. I assume nothing else was found ct scan and you have no history of cancer.
