Last night i had an extreme case of vertigo and ended up thinking i was having a stroke i went to the hospital where they did a cat scan and basic blood work and gave me some meds.. what can cause this? nothing was wrong with me it was 4 hours of it

See below : I’m sorry to hear that. Many things can cause vertigo, ear infection is one of them if they ruled out everything at the hospital it could be stress or maybe your not getting enough sleep and a good diet. Try modifying things: meditate, sleep and eat well. Best .
