How to diagnose pheochromocytomia by blood test or by cardiologist (echocardiogram)?

By screening blood and urine tests, not echocardiogram which has no role in the diagnosis of pheochromocytoma.

Blood and urine levels of metanephrines are the recommended tests for diagnosis of pheochromocytoma. Echo is not the correct diagnostic test.
