I asked earlier why my ankles wobble when i stand with them crossed or when i stand on one leg. i was told my body wasnt strong enough to hold my body weight on one leg. how do i fix that? what body parts do i exercise to fix this?

What you cannot do know you could do with practice taking caution not to endanger yourself however it is best to have the ankles examined especially if you have had previous injuries to make sure there are no permanent damage to any musculoskeletal structure. Regular exercises should improve stability but make sure there is balance in exercising all the muscles.

You never mentioned if any history of injury. There is a condition called ligamentous laxity. It is when your ligaments are very lax. This can create joint instability. Strengthening your muscle and wearing proper shoes will help protect yourself.
