Hyperthyroid?: I will recommend performing an ekg and a thyroid test to ruled our hyperthyroidism or graves dz more common in females. Ekg to ruled out heart electrical conditions like pre-excitation syndromes like wpw. Also be aware of excess in coffee and medications that will increase the heart rate. Obesity and asthma will increase your resting heart rate too.
