Not sure: What TTC is, but even without knowing that, if you heart rate is truly at 215, than this could be a bit concerning. While the generic maximum heart rate "estimation" of 220 minus your age is commonly used, it's just that an estimation. It still would be rather atypical to see heart rates in the 200s let alone 215 and above. You should review this with your doctor to make sure things are fine
