Ideas: There are some blood clotting disorders that can be diagnosed by blood tests. Also the arrhythmia atrial fibrillation is a potential source of clots that can be missed if a monitor is not worn for a few weeks. Artery disease not likely at that age unless from a rare inflammatory condition.
