Trying to exercise again, admittedly been 1 and a half. Doing what i would consider moderate exercise hitting tennis balls, which requires quick movement. Heart rate 160-170. Is that okay starting off? Had virtually every heart test, and is normal?
Is it possible for a 3 1/2 month year old to have no heart beat no heart rate or no movement for 21 hours then everything returns back?
