My right eye has been red and tears have been running down my cheek constantly. i'm also sensitive to light in that eye, no pain or swelling. been going on for 2 weeks. could it be pink eye?

Pink eye presents with red eye, mild irritation and early morning eyelid crust. It does not cause all day tearing, light sensitive and last for weeks. The right lacrimal duct (tear duct) may be obstructed or some other serious eye conditions. You should see an ophthalmologist. In the mean time, apply warm compress to the site of tear duct several times a day + massage that site often while awake.
