The AgAb (4th generation) HIV tests are 100% reliable 6 weeks after the last possible exposure, regardless of what symptoms are present. There are NO drugs, medications, illnesses, medical conditions, etc that have any effect on the reliability of the test. That includes alcohol and antibiotics like azithromycin. Your test proves you do not have HIV and can stop worrying about it.
