I ain't sure why you take 2 different types of beta blockers, one long acting and one short acting. Do you take propranolol @ 11 PM because your blood pressure is high? If yes, you do not need to take propranolol but dose of metoprolol succinate (XL) should be increased or change metoprolol succinate to metoprolol tartrate 25 mg, twice a day. Otherwise, you can stop propranolol if BP's OK @ 11 PM.

You should talk with the doctor who prescribes these medications. Beta blockers should not be stopped cold turkey but weaned under supervision.
