Not too high: Normal systolic (first number) pressure is 90-140 and normal diastolic is below 80-90. so 130/63 is totally normal. Other measures to maintain an adequate blood pressure is a healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruits, exercise, stress reduction/relaxation techniques/meditation and maintaining a healthy weight. Many benefit from magnesium, esp. mag. glycinate or mag. taurate.

Not too high: Ten mg of Propranolol is a low dose but your blood pressure is good. Other factors would help your BP also: diet, low salt, exercise, stress reduction to mention a few.
