Likely: Some drop in blood pressure is expected from medications such as propranolol. The medication might not be the right one for you if your blood pressure drops too low, e.g. Less than 90/60. Some side effects may improve as time goes by and medication may be better tolerated. If you continue to have symptoms, discuss changing to an alternative medication with your physician.
