STAT REPORT means some abnormality was found and radiologist sent the reading back right away to the ordered doctor. I assume you had had a pain on your breast bone so ER or urgent care doctor sent you for an X-ray. Without an apparent trauma but X-rays showed fracture (of the sternum or ...?) and local swelling. A negligible injury can cause that or pathologic fracture needs to be ruled out.
