what is the reason for swelling on ankle after weight bearing. talus body hairline fracture 8 months post injury. doc says it is united.

Talus fracture: Swelling is likely coming from soft tissue injury that occurred at time of initial fracture. Check with your orthopedic surgeon. Consider further MRI evaluation and physical exam.

Talus fracture: Must get an mri you may have a delayed union of the talus or other issues recommend a scond opinion.
