Mgt: The shoulder blade would be unlikely to fracture with a fall, but it is possible. I would suggest discussing Vitamin D and Calcium supplements, Motrin and heating pad for pain control with your PCP. If you experience any acute change in your pain or respiratory difficulty please see the ED.
