Those CT findings are consistent with pneumonia in a patient with history of chronic obstructive lung disease, emphysema predominant.

I agree with Dr. Le. Ground glass appearance on CT scan of lungs became a notable finding in Covid lung involvement in 2020. The fact that you have mucus in your trachea and the base of both lungs are not well expanded, means that you could benefit from chest physical therapy and postural drainage of your lung secretions. I think this is quite important for you.. Discuss this with your physician
