A couple of weeks ago i went to the eye hospital for many reasons. they saw nothing. since i have had flashes which i previously had but have been worse, and i now notice my eyelashes. i can also see the sides of my face, unaware if they are shadows?

If you were examined by an ophthalmologist it is good that they found no problems with your retina and optic nerve. If not, I recommend seeing an ophthalmologist (M.D or D.O.) ASAP to rule out retinal problems. Changes in the vitreous can cause flashing and floaters without damaging the retina. Visual migraine can be another cause of flashing for short period of time, 5-30 minutes.
