Are the antibiotics for a tooth infection bad for the pancreas? i had pancreatitis a few weeks ago now im worried the antibiotics can cause it again?

Antibiotics in general are not known to have pancreatic toxicity (used to be used in pancreatitis). They still can cause side effects like all other drugs, and you should clarify with your prescriber and/or pharmacist.

Antibiotics will not cure a tooth infection. For that, extraction or root canal treatment is required. Antibiotics will reduce severity and spread of the infection, such as to the pancreas, in preparation for appropriate dental procedures.
